**Looking for**:
We're looking for a highly motivated Advertising Manager to lead the charge in creating highly effective Advertising campaigns to business growth.
Adapt Associates required Advertising Manager based in our office at Morley to develop and coordinate advertising strategies and campaigns and determine the market for its services.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Creating high quality advertising sales proposals and strategies.
- Develop and implement advertisement strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness and brand loyalty.
- Development, management and maintenance of advertisement projects.
- Innovate and implement social media strategies across all of our social channels.
- Establish, manage, and implement brand, marketing, and communications strategies for both internal and external channels.
- Develop and Manage advertising budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Assisting in development of sales strategies.
- Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of advertising objectives, policies and programs.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for targeted advertising Campaigns.
**Skills & Attributes**
- Degree or relevant qualification in advertisement, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a manager within advertising, media or digital businesses on marketing strategies, campaigns.
- Have an excellent understanding of industry trends and integrated marketing strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with a range of advertising tools and platforms.
**Job Type & Salary**
This is a permanent, full time role with a base salary of $75,000 - 80,000 + Superannuation.

40 Hours per week
