About the role
You will be responsible for leading the bakery department in one of our stores, ensuring it is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.

* Demonstrated leadership experience is essential, as you will need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements.
* You will be responsible for maintaining excellent department standards, including monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
