Overview
Ability to interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction and provide personal service with attention to detail. Serve food and beverages in a fast-paced casino environment. Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the casino. Supports service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food. Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the casino.
Responsibilities
* Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
* Provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds guest expectations.
* Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
* Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the casino.
* Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
* Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
* Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the casino.

Education And/or Experience
* Must be 18 years of age.
* High school diploma preferred.
* Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Hands-on experience with POS.
