Your role
Working in a close-knit team environment, we are seeking a Technical Sales professional to drive growth by developing new business and strengthening relationships with existing customers. This is a technically focused sales role, ideal for someone who understands laser cutting, sheet metal, or precision manufacturing and enjoys working closely with engineers, buyers, and production teams.
* Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors (transport, agricultural, defence, general manufacturing and other industries)
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts
* Review customer drawings and specifications to understand technical requirements
* Provide technical advice on laser cutting, folding, materials, tolerances, and manufacturability
The individual
* Previous experience in a technical environment, B2B sales, ideally within laser cutting, sheetmetal, fabrication or precision engineering
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong computer skills with accurate data entry
* A customer centric ethos with energy and a drive to achieve results
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings
