Key Responsibilities
* Champion the safe and innovative expansion of clinical programs, ensuring governance frameworks are effectively implemented.
* Act as a clinical stakeholder in projects and initiatives, safeguarding clinical impact and identifying potential risks.
* Lead the management of complaints, incidents, adverse event investigations, and clinical escalations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver quality improvement initiatives.
* Monitor and report on clinical quality and safety metrics, ensuring alignment with contractual and business requirements.
* Support credentialing, audit, and accreditation processes to uphold clinical standards.
About You
You're a qualified Health Professional with knowledge of clinical governance and quality assurance. You should be confident in analysing clinical data, producing high-quality reports, and contributing to service improvement initiatives. You have exposure to managing clinical complaints and incidents and navigating accreditation processes. Hospital setting experience is highly regarded and will help navigate the complexities of this role. You are proactive and comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
