Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Instructor Development Manager to oversee the growth and development of instructional staff at our Defence Cyber College.
This role involves providing analysis, development, implementation, and assurance of training activities that align with our strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of legislative frameworks, government decision-making, and Defence's mission and policy requirements.
* Develop, implement, comply with, and review policies and procedures related to physical security.
As an Instructor Development Manager, you will engage in complex problem-solving and issue management, coordinating and performing detailed or sensitive projects that impact strategic, political, or operational outcomes for Defence.
You will set work that aligns with strategic objectives and communicate expected outcomes.
People management skills and knowledge are essential for this role, requiring you to lead a high-performing and cohesive team.
