About The Role

Are you looking to start or grow your career in real estate? Do you want to support one of the top-performing female Sales Agents in the Western Suburbs?

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on multi-tasking, enjoys problem-solving and wants to deepen their knowledge of real estate while sharpening their administrative and marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete full administration for new listings, such as preparing property ads, canned responses, data input, online and hard copy home open files
* Coordinate end-to-end property marketing campaigns including brochures, signboards, and digital marketing
* Liaise with suppliers to book photography, videography, copywriting, and inspections
* Oversee property preparation, including maintenance quotes and project coordination
* Manage buyer and database communications (SMS, email, and invitations)
* Attend key appointments such as shoots, staging, and pre-launch activities where required
* Preparation of appraisal documentation
* Home open and auction preparation and scheduling
* Prepare and put out weekday directional signs
* Provide general administrative support to the Agent and Sales Assistant as required

About You

The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

* Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on their feet
* Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality work
* Effective at multi-tasking and managing multiple priorities under deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
* Experience in the real estate industry is desired but not required
* Experience with VaultRE, Nurture Cloud or other similar CRM systems is highly desirable
* Possess a valid Australian driver's license
