About This Role
This position plays a critical role in driving business growth by leading an organization of specialist sellers and technical specialists to provide and sell best-in-class security solutions to enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire managers and individuals in the organization to foster a customer-centric culture, accountability, collaboration, and achievement of bold goals.
* Lead the organization to drive growth in the security business through business outcome selling and expanding customer IT and business connections.
* Collaborate with prioritized partners to expand sales capabilities and reach in the area.
* Enable and empower specialist sales and technical specialist managers to drive security business growth at or above targets and accelerate customer value realization.
* Take ownership and accountability for delivering area business results and incubation targets.
* Influence the technical and product leadership agenda across key stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, partners, and business planning.
* Coach teams on new opportunity discovery and acceleration, representing the external agenda of specialist sellers in industry events.
* Maintain a consistent coaching rhythm following the sales and technical specialist manager coaching framework.
* Develop and execute a people readiness agenda to build a stronger team for future market needs.
Requirements:
14+ years of technology-related sales or management experience.
