* You will possess extensive experience and knowledge of general office and reception duties, preferably within a healthcare environment.
* Maintain discretion and exercise judgment to resolve problems within the scope of the role, especially in situations without pre-existing precedents or procedures.
* Effective communication skills at all levels and ability to foster networks across the facility to streamline processes.
* Proficiency in computerised information systems and applications, including Microsoft Office.
* Contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing information and supporting colleagues proactively.
