What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting residents with daily personal care needs
* Documenting and monitoring health conditions
* Assisting with medication
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Providing emotional and social support
What You Need:
* Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months experience in Aged Care
* NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
* 2024/25 Flu & COVID Vaccinations
* Full Australian Working Rights
