The Role
You'll take ownership of a well‐maintained, quality portfolio, supported by systems and leadership that make your job easier – not harder. Your day‐to‐day will include:
* Managing a residential portfolio and helping landlords maximise their investments
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs using systems like Property Me
* Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing lease renewals, entries, and exits smoothly
* Resolving tenancy matters with a calm, solutions‐focused approach
* Working closely with your team to deliver a seamless client experience
What you bring to the table
* 2+ years managing your own residential portfolio
* Queensland Salesperson Registration + driver's licence
* Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset
