Job Description
- Act as a trusted finance partner to the marketing team, offering insights and recommendations to support profitable growth.
- Analyse monthly performance, highlight key trends, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with category teams to integrate market insights into financial analysis.
- Provide commercial support for investment decisions, pricing strategies, and promotional effectiveness.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and profitability targets.
- Other ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial understanding and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Background in accounting and financial modelling.
- Exposure to ERP systems
- CPA/CA qualified or equivalent.
- FMCG experience is a plus but not mandatory.
