* Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient guest service from arrival to departure, ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
* Book, change, and cancel appointments while up-selling retail products, driving sales and revenue growth.
* Achieve accurate scheduling of massage reservations, changes, confirms, and cancellations, maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.
* Process billing and posting for spa and retail services, accurately reporting overages and shortages.
* Explain the spa treatment menu and packages to guests in a clear and concise manner, ensuring they make informed decisions.
* Greet and welcome incoming and outgoing guests and staff, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the department, adhering to health and safety protocols.
