About the Role
The Logistics Services Coordinator is a key position within our organization, overseeing the coordination and communication of global vendor logistics services. This role involves managing relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers involved in logistics operations.
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage all inbound and outbound shipping requirements, provide support to internal stakeholders, and monitor invoicing activity related to logistics.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and service providers involved in logistics operations.
* Support internal stakeholders with information on turn-around-times, costs, and risks mitigation for all inbound and outbound shipping requirements.
* Monitor all invoicing activity related to logistics.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. Experience with perishable medical supplies is an advantage. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
You will work closely with our Commercial Operations Manager to develop innovative and effective solutions in the delivery of services and forecast accuracy.
