Overview
This twelve‑month fixed‑term position commences January, with possible extension or permanence.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and implementation of awareness‑raising, communication and professional learning initiatives related to organisational development strategies and frameworks.
* Identify organisational development trends and issues, and report recommendations to senior management.
* Provide high‑level strategic advice to the Director and Executive Director, People Services on the Department's organisational capability and strategies.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience leading complex and diverse organisational development programmes, projects and initiatives across a large organisation.
* Demonstrated leadership in managing and delivering organisational development outcomes.
* Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
* Knowledge of equity and diversity initiatives in a public‑sector environment.
