Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: Processing high volumes of invoices accurately, including coding, data entry, and matching to purchase orders and delivery dockets Managing the end-to-end accounts payable function, including payment runs, reconciliations, and supplier statement reviews Ensuring compliance with company policies and support month-end close and financial reporting activities Maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, responding to accounts-related enquiries Supporting the finance team through ad-hoc tasks and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems About you! This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer looking to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. As an integral part of the finance team, you will manage supplier invoices, payments, and reporting in a compliant and efficient manner. Drawing on your experience with accounts payable processes and finance systems, you will maintain accurate financial records and support smooth operational outcomes as the business continues to expand.
