Congress Rental is the largest provider of Simultaneous Interpretation Systems and Conference Microphones in the Asia-Pacific region. We cater to diverse events, including G20, APEC, CHOGM, and ASEAN Leaders conferences, as well as smaller client projects on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities:
* Install, operate, and dismantle Simultaneous Interpretation, Conference Microphone systems, including Interpreters booths.
* Integrate Conference Microphones with PTZ cameras.
* Oversee logistics and planning for events.
* Configure equipment according to client requirements for various studio and virtual events.
* Understand streaming solutions and platforms.
* Manage languages for online events.
* Design system solutions based on client needs.
* Provide technical support to customers.
Qualifications:
* 1-2+ years of experience in the Audio Visual industry or a background in Electronics or IT.
* A degree in Audio/Electronics/IT is highly desirable.
* You should be a self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
* This role involves interacting with high-level management and government staff, requiring impeccable presentation and manners.
* Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.
