Online Pet Pharmacy Customer Service Assistant
About the role
Your Pet PA is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our growing online pet pharmacy team. This full-time role based in Tweed Heads, NSW will see you play a key part in providing excellent customer service and dispensing medication for our pet customers.
What you'll be doing
Responding to enquiries from customers via phone, email and live chat in a professional and empathetic manner
Assisting customers with placing orders for pet medications and other pharmacy items
Accurately processing and dispatching customer orders
Providing information on pet health and medication to customers
Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of operations
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a pharmacy assistant role is desired but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
Familiarity with the pet care industry and pet health is highly desirable
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
