Online Pet Pharmacy Customer Service Assistant
About the role
Your Pet PA is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our growing online pet pharmacy team. This full-time role based in Tweed Heads, NSW will see you play a key part in providing excellent customer service and dispensing medication for our pet customers.
What you'll be doing
* Responding to enquiries from customers via phone, email and live chat in a professional and empathetic manner
* Assisting customers with placing orders for pet medications and other pharmacy items
* Accurately processing and dispatching customer orders
* Providing information on pet health and medication to customers
* Maintaining detailed records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
* Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of operations
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a pharmacy assistant role is desired but not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
* Familiarity with the pet care industry and pet health is highly desirable
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
