Job Description
This role is for an experienced allied health professional seeking to take on a leadership position. As a Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting graduate and early career Occupational Therapists through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development
* Fostering a collaborative and supportive environment to help team members achieve high-quality clinical outcomes
* Managing an allocated caseload as required and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will possess:
* A current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience as an Occupational Therapist beyond graduation (4 years minimum)
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
* A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
