 
        
        About the role
As the CNC Router Operator at Signup WA, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing and production team. Working from our Canning Vale workshop, you will be responsible for operating our CNC router to fabricate high-quality signage components for our customers. This is a full-time, on-site position, however we are open to flexible working arrangements for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
1. Set up, program and operate CNC router to cut, shape and finish a variety of materials, including aluminium, composites & acrylics
2. Interpret technical drawings and work orders to determine the appropriate machining processes and tooling required
3. Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed and ensure parts meet standards
4. Work closely with the remainder of the team to get signage components finalised for jobs
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a CNC Router Operator (experience in manufacturing commercial signage will be viewed favourably).
2. Strong technical skills and proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
3. Demonstrated ability to set up, program and operate CNC routers and other computer-controlled machinery
4. Ability to use Adobe Illustrator
5. Valuable attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
6. Effective communication and teamwork skills
7. Forklift Ticket (desirable)
