Our Ecology, Natural Sciences & Heritage team works on various conservation and impact assessment projects across diverse environments, including semi-arid and floodplain, grassland, wetland, forest, and woodland ecosystems.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Graduate Ecologist in Mildura (June/July 2026 start).
* A recent graduate or current student expecting to graduate by the end of 2025 or mid-2026 with a degree majoring in Botany, Zoology, Ecology, or Environmental Science is required.
* Applicants should have a genuine passion for ecology and the natural world.
* Field work experience and willingness to travel to remote locations for ecological surveys are essential.
* Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Initiative-takers who are not afraid to ask questions and enthusiastic learners with a great team spirit are highly valued.
