THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Groundskeeper / gardener to join our small, dedicated team. This is a full-time salaried position offering autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to work on a variety of sites. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the landscaping and grounds of our properties ensuring they remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Key responsibilities would include:
* Perform groundskeeping and gardening duties across multiple residential, commercial, and retail sites in Perth and surrounds.
* Proactively maintain and schedule improvements to lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces, ensuring high standards of presentation.
* Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools (vehicle and equipment provided).
* Undertake irrigation and reticulation system maintenance and repairs.
* Occasionally assist in regional native revegetation initiatives.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team as needed to support general property upkeep.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about gardening and grounds maintenance.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Possessing horticultural qualifications and/or experience (preferred but not essential).
* Experienced in water and reticulation systems (an advantage).
* Open to occasional regional travel to support special projects.
