If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real impact behind the scenes, we want you to support our valued suppliers and ensure smooth operations across our CAPlink system.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide ongoing support to suppliers using the CAPlink system.
Reconcile accounts for suppliers not yet on the system with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist suppliers with a variety of queries and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
Manage a portfolio of preferred suppliers and help them grow their business with Capricorn members.
What You Bring
A solid understanding of accounting principles.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Your Experience
At least one year in a customer service role where communication and problem-solving were key.
Previous experience with account reconciliation in a high-accuracy service environment.
Your Qualifications
Completion of Year 12 or equivalent is preferred.
