About the Role
As our BDM,you’llbe responsible foridentifyingandacquiringnew referral partners,particularlyAged Care Package providers. You willBuildand nurturerelationships that fuel sustainable revenue growthand lasting impact.You’llplay a key role in advancing Homecare’s strategic vision while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifyand pursue new customer targets through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Lead sales efforts including cold/warm calling, in-person meetings andthedevelopment ofpersuasive, results-driven proposalsand
- End toendsales pipelinemanagement
- Negotiate and execute contracts and SLAs aligned with approved pricing and terms
- Represent Lifecare Homecare at industry events andconferences
- Plan and host branded events with leadership
- Collaborate with marketing,productand operations teams
- Report on KPIs and growth metrics to senior leadership
- Champion a culture of Customer Obsession across the Homecare team

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- DemonstratedExperience working within theAged CareIndustryincluding an understanding of SupportAtHomeCold Calling experience,highly motivatedand resilient to bring in Recent Sales
- Willingness to travel interstate
- Successful applicants will undergo a National Criminal History Check
