Graduate Speech Pathologist to support disability clients with a structured 12-month program, flexible work options, and strong mentorship in Carrum Downs, VIC.


Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

* Participate in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period.
* Complete an initial 12 weeks of intensive training, including introduction to Concentric and NDIS Allied Health Space.
* Work both in clinic and community settings serving disability clients.
* Receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor.
* Engage in quarterly alignment days for learning and team building.
* Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team focused on clinical and career excellence.
* Utilize state-of-the-art resources and participate in a fun, culturally rich team environment.


About You

The company is looking for:

* Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
* Full SPA Registration or eligibility upon graduation.
* Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
* Unrestricted Australian work rights.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
