About the Role: The successful Contract Administrator will need to have Tier 2 systems and processes experience using the following platforms Procore, Cheops. This is a great opportunity for a CA looking to progress long-term into a Contract Manager or Project Manager role. Key Responsibilities: Leading tender reviews, managing claims, commercial reporting and subcontractor management Liaising closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery. Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager Skills & Experience Required: 5- 10 years experience as a Senior Contract Administrator / CA Proven experience in industrial and commercial construction delivering projects worth $20M Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a project team. Experience in cost reporting, procurement, and conducting tender reviews. In-depth knowledge of industrial structures, pre-cast construction, and façade work. Familiarity with software such as Procore, Jobpac or Cheops. Local experience in the region is highly preferred Why Apply?
