This permanent, full-time role is based in Naarm (Melbourne) and involves working with new and existing valued clients to assist them with their insurance needs. You'll need a customer-first approach to contribute to our goal of being "Great people to know"—offering "insurance you can shake hands with."

This permanent opportunity requires full-time availability Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm). During your first 6 months, you'll complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification. You'll be working from a WFI office during this time to ensure you receive supervised training. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered after this period subject to business requirements.

* Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
* Confident with the ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
* Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
* Strong customer service skills from face-to-face or phone-based roles
* Reliable, accountable, and always looking for ways to improve and grow in your role
