Due to unprecedented growth across the east coast remote sector, a rare Recruitment Advisor position has arisen, based in our Cannon Hill Office.
The Position
* Manage the end to end recruitment of a high volume portfolio.
* Proactively sourcing candidates using various marketing strategies.
* Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Partnering with site stakeholders for current and future growth recruitment activities.
* Developing a pipeline of candidates across operational disciplines.
The Person
* Proven experience across either internal or agency recruitment
* Experience in the resources and remote sector, is advantageous, but not essential
* Experience with sending candidates to medicals
* Previous experience in high volume fast paced recruitment with attention to detail and takes pride in candidate care
* Goal driven and loves to makes a difference.
