Portfolio
* Approx. 65 buildings / 800 lots
* Predominantly residential
* Only 1 BMC
* Well-structured, stable portfolio with established clients
* Office-based with WFH flexibility available after probation
Responsibilities
* Full end-to-end management of a residential strata portfolio
* Independently preparing for and running AGMs and EGMs
* Managing owners, committees, contractors, and service providers
* Financial oversight including budgets, levies, and reporting
* Ensuring compliance and best-practice strata management
* Building strong, long-term client relationships
Requirements
* Class 2 Strata Licence (essential)
* 3+ years' experience managing your own portfolio
* Confident and experienced chairing AGMs
* Confident managing a medium-sized portfolio with limited supervision
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
