Technical Sales Engineer
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the Australian industrial refrigeration market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and develop new business with existing and new customers
* Collaborate with technical teams to develop working designs and costings for sales opportunities
* Use selection software to optimize major equipment selections during concept design
* Liaise with key suppliers and subcontractors for pricing of equipment and systems
Requirements:
* Industrial Refrigeration experience with Products, Design and Solution Sales
* Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related area desirable but not essential
* 3+ years appropriate Sales experience
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent Leadership skills, strategic thinker, demonstrated accountability
* Excellent negotiating skills, able to achieve win-win solution
* Motivated team player who can develop internal and external relationships
* Excellent influencer at all organisational levels, including ability to develop credibility and trust quickly with senior managers/decision makers
* Excellent networking skills
* Business minded, change orientated and pro-active
