Job Description
This role is part of a small team responsible for the effective operation of our day-to-day business. As an administration assistant, you will perform a range of administrative duties including balancing and recouping petty cash, processing onsite sales and monitoring and recording weighbridge activities.
You will also be responsible for recording and maintaining accurate records for use in producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for our contract partners and Finance team as required.
The successful candidate will work closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
* Maintain accurate records and files.
* Provide front desk support to staff, customers and visitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Class C drivers license.
