We are seeking a motivated Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. We are a leading commercial landscape construction company based in the Northern Gold Coast region. With a commitment to delivering quality outdoor spaces, we specialise in commercial projects that redefinelandscapes and enhance environments. In this role, you will work closely with the General Managerto oversee the entire lifecycle of tenders and projects.
Evaluate tender opportunities for suitability. Manage tender lifecycle from assessment to Supervisor handover. Prepare accurate tenders for approval and submission. Conduct take-offs and measure plans. Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and builders. Develop site tracking/budget sheets from tendered information. Procure key items. Submit variations + monthly progress claims. Actively expand the client, subcontractor, and supplier base.
Requirements
What we are looking for: Previous experience in estimating and project management within the commercial landscape environment highly desirable or in the field experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
