Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Adelaide's south-west corner, for a Showroom Receptionist/Administrator. The role involves greeting customers, managing phone inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and performing administrative and clerical tasks. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining records, communicating professionally with customers, and ensuring a welcoming environment in the showroom.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors and managing a few tasks at the same time
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries and provide clear information
* Experience in Admin Skills, including maintaining records, data entry, and managing schedules, as well as proficiencies in the use of Xero accounting platform
* Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a positive and professional experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
* Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with coffee products or related industries is an advantage
