About the Role: This position will suit a solicitor with strong litigation capability who enjoys the autonomy of running files from end to end. The role offers exposure to complex matters including commercial litigation, strata/building disputes, estate litigation, and business disputes. Experience in class actions will be viewed favourably but is not essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of litigation files independently—from strategy development through to resolution. Draft pleadings, affidavits, settlement agreements and prepare court documentation. Represent clients at mediations, directions hearings, and contested proceedings. Liaise with external stakeholders including counsel, clients, experts and court staff. Advise clients on legal strategy and engage in practical resolution planning. About the Candidate: A minimum of 4 years post-admission experience in litigation. Proven ability to manage a caseload autonomously and meet court deadlines. Strong technical drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills. Confident communicator with a client-centric approach. Experience in class action litigation will be highly regarded, but not essential.
