Join our team as a Support Services Manager at Columba Catholic College, Charters Towers
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Support Services Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the College's support services teams, including Cleaning, Laundry, Catering, and Tuckshop, as well as external contractors. This position is a Fixed- Term, Full Time position for the 2026 school year.
Working collaboratively with the Business Manager and College leadership, you will ensure the efficient, professional, and compliant delivery of services across the College. This includes staff leadership and rostering, operational planning and budgeting, asset and resource management, and compliance with WHS and food safety legislation.
You will bring demonstrated experience managing support services (ideally within education or hospitality), strong leadership and organisational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement. A current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, relevant qualifications, and a Working with Children Blue Card (or eligibility to obtain) are required.
