Responsibilities
* Prepare documentation for client meetings and manage post-meeting follow-up
* Manage client communications, scheduling, and general service coordination
* Build strong, ongoing relationships with both clients and internal advisers
* Maintain client database to ensure the information is accurate and complete
* Manage clients queries as they arise
* Requesting, collating, and reviewing information from existing and new clients
* Developing and maintaining internal process documents and worksheets to streamline business processes and improve client management
* Completing and forwarding all necessary documentation to other internal departments as relevant, within the agreed service standards
* General administration to support team members
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in financial planning is preferred
* Strong communication skills – written and verbal
* Knowledge of advice implementation and compliance processes
* Sound understanding of advice implementation and processes
* Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team
