What you'll do
As an Customer Service Officer in our team you'll:
* Support participants with information, appointments, and access to tools to help them job search.
* Create a friendly, welcoming and warm experience for participants and visitors.
* Handle admin essentials – data entry, filing, scheduling, and keeping systems up to date.
* Work closely with your team to share ideas, improve processes, and celebrate wins together.
What you'll bring
* Strong people skills – you're approachable, positive, and calm even on busy days.
* Great multitasking skills and an ability to juggle admin, calls, and face-to-face support with ease.
* A team player attitude as someone who genuinely enjoys supporting colleagues and participants.
* (You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
