We are seeking:
- Female Support Workers to cover the region
- Candidates with knowledge of Behaviour Support & Mental Health
- Students welcome – great opportunity to gain hands-on experience!
Shifts Available (Monday – Sunday):
- Morning Active: 6am – 9am
- Afternoon: 3pm – 10pm
- Inactive Sleepover: 10pm – 6am
- Community Access: 9am – 3pm

Certificates & Licences Required:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent
- Australian Driver’s Licence and fully insured vehicle
Pay Rates
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
- Base hourly rate: $35.15
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
- Saturday: $49.21
- Sunday: $63.27
- Public holiday: $77.33
