We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence across your assigned territory.
The role:
* Manage and grow sales within your territory, achieving and exceeding targets
* Develop strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
* Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead
To be successful in this role you will possess:
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Computer literacy
* Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding goals
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the territory, with one overnight stay per week.
