Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a secure exam delivery environment
* Comply with all testing procedures and adhere to company policies
* Check and verify candidates' identification against test registration
* Explain exam procedures and proctor/invigilate candidates during testing
* Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
* Escalate policy breaches to relevant business personnel
* Perform light housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards
