Job Description
As a Branch Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Trade retail storefront. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to customers
* Assisting with warehousing and stock management tasks
* Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and productivity goals
You will work closely with your colleagues to create a positive and inclusive store environment, ensuring that every customer leaves feeling satisfied and valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and unrestricted Class C Driver Licence or higher
* Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Prior experience in a trade retail environment is desirable but not essential. We are looking for candidates who are flexible, willing to learn, and committed to delivering excellent results.
