This is a newly created role offering a rare opportunity to influence and shape Hindmarsh's approach to project planning and programming across the business.
As
Programming and Planning Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in developing, monitoring, and managing construction project schedules to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with project teams, providing expert guidance on programming tools and processes, and ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
Beyond managing programs, this role is about driving excellence—coaching teams, embedding best practice, and contributing to innovative improvements that enhance how Hindmarsh delivers complex projects nationwide.
Some interstate travel will be required as part of this exciting, hands-on leadership opportunity.
Requirements
Preferably a degree in Construction Management, or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Construction Programmer, Project Planner, or similar role within the Australian construction industry.
Ability to train, coach, and mentor staff at different experience levels.
