About the Role
As a Speech Pathologist working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of individuals with communication disorders and swallowing difficulties. You will work with patients of all ages to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
You will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and overcome challenges. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for NDIS participants and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Good knowledge of speech and language development, communication disorders, and treatment approaches.
* Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults with disabilities.
* Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its processes.
