Qualifications
* 3+ years' experience in implementation of small to large scale SD‑WAN, MPLS & Layer 2 networks
* VOIP / SIP experience
* NBN Access Tech (NEBS & Enterprise Ethernet)
* Customer Premises Equipment
* Fiber Networks Expertise
* Data Center Cross‑Connects Proficiency
* Certifications in Cisco / Fortinet (e.g., Cisco CCNA or Fortinet NSE4/5)
* Track record of implementing Hosted Phone Systems, Cloud Connect, and Managed Routers
Responsibilities
* Understand customer needs for smooth connectivity
* Collaborate with Sales on tailored designs
* Configure diverse network infrastructure (Cisco, Fortinet, VeloCloud, etc.)
* Assist installation for seamless services
* Deliver thorough handover documentation
* Conduct product research and liaise with relevant teams
* Stay updated on Aussie Broadband's offerings and network capabilities
