About the Company:

A world-leading services provider headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. It is a long established publicly listed company operating internationally in more than 20 countries.

Purpose of the role:

This senior leadership role, reports directly to the CHRO and is instrumental in guiding a high priority global transformation initiative

The core purpose is to evolve the People Experience (PX) operating function into a data-driven, strategic engine to mitigate risk associated with the adoption of AI enabled work practices. You will partner with a large team of strategic Globally dispersed HR Business Partners (BPs) and the Global Leadership Team (GLT) to design a workforce which is agile, engaged, and future-ready.

Role Responsibilities:

In a truly varied and impactful role you will provide Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering, work to establish Strategic roadmaps identifying transformation priorities which drive performance and capability growth.

You will support Operating Excellence and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and provide data based insights to inform decision making.

This role will have a strong connection with the Change and transformation agenda and will participate and influence plans, timeframes and outcomes.

You will influence Employee experience and the future fitness of the organisation to compete and perform in a highly competitive sector, are of high importance.

Who you should be

Ideally you should be a senior HR professional with experience of running and leading change and transformation programs, experienced in working for sizeable and / or complex organisations will be highly valued, you will be a strategic thinker, a catalyst for change and solutions focused whilst balancing the needs of a human centered culture.
