About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, motivated Reception & Administration Officer to join us in a permanent full‑time role.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

* Welcoming clients and managing front‑of‑house reception
* Phone and email communication
* Supporting the smooth running of the office
* General administration and assisting colleagues where needed


What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you'll have:

* Excellent communication and a warm, professional phone manner
* Previous experience in reception or administration
* Strong customer service focus and a genuine desire to help others
* Great organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
* The ability to work independently, show initiative, and stay one step ahead


Bonus skills (not essential)

* Experience in an accounting practice
* Familiarity with Xero, XPM, or similar software
