We are seeking a customer-focused individual to provide comprehensive support for our livestock handling solutions products.
The Role
* You will be the key link between our organization and customers, addressing enquiries both in person and over the phone.
* Engage with customers in a retail setting, assisting them with product information and sales service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with our on-site manufacturing team, manage quotes and orders, and conduct on-site measures at customer properties.
2. Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, enter quotes, process transactions, and ensure smooth order coordination and delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
* Knowledge of livestock equipment or the agricultural industry is advantageous.
