About the Role We are looking for a Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys taking full ownership of the entire bespoke journey. You will lead a small but dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium jewellery store, guiding clients from their initial consultation to the finished piece. Responsibilities Manage the full client experience, including design consultations, diamond selection, and working closely with designers and the workshop Take responsibility for high-value transactions and ongoing client follow-up Lead and motivate a small team (2 full-time, 2 part-time staff) in a self-directed, high-trust environment Maintain operational standards, oversee quoting, and ensure smooth workflow through internal systems Support the growth of the business through excellent customer service and client relationship management Skills & Experience Experience in bespoke jewellery.
