The Role
As our Property Management Business Development Manager, you will:
* Driving sustained growth across the property management portfolio
* Conducting rental appraisals
* Converting inbound and self-generated leads into long-term management agreements
* Generating new business opportunities and being rewarded for every successful conversion
* Managing agreements and onboarding
* Representing the brand with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
As a BDM at Fifth Avenue Property you will be provided with the required support to excel in your role, working closely with our property management and sales team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have a minimum 2 years experience as a BDM in property management with a track record of performing and meeting KPI's
* Hold a current Queensland Real Estate Licence (minimum requirement)
* Maintain a high standard of accuracy, organisation, and follow-through
* Thrive in a collaborative, high-performance team environment
* Be motivated by results and rewarded through a fair, uncapped commission structure
