# # **Primary Details**Time Type: Full timeWorker Type: Employee**Please see more information about QBE careers here****The opportunity**We have a permanent full-time opportunity to join our Workers Compensation Claims team as a Case Manager. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality claims outcomes - assessing coverage, investigating matters thoroughly, and resolving cases effectively. We're building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.**Your new role*** Engage with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews, and on-site visits.* Manage your client portfolio end-to-end, applying strong customer service and sound decision-making to achieve return-to-work outcomes.* Provide clear guidance, support and communication to injured people throughout their claim.* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.* Adhere to required timeframes, comply with legislative codes and company policies, and ensure accurate claim information is recorded in our database.* Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.**About you*** Extensive customer service experience or a background in allied health or healthcare (including nursing). Prior case management experience is highly advantageous but not essential* Highly empathetic and customer-focused, with the ability to stay calm, clear and professional in challenging conversations.* Friendly and confident phone manner, with the ability to multitask efficiently.* Strong rapport-building skills, able to provide timely solutions and practical recommendations to diverse customers.* Resilient, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.* Confident computer and numeracy skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.**Benefits**We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
